I've been to Dual. The food is awesome. Pizza 3 and the braised short ribs are two of the best thing on the menu. I highly recommend it. Just be sure to make a reservation on the weekends because a few times that ive been there has been a wait.
Best food in Arizona. Service, environment, food is excellent. This is my number 1 choice for restaurants.
